Auto start your music with CD Player

Your computer can automatically play an audio CD as soon as it’s popped into the CD-ROM drive using CD Player.

Here's how: 

1. Click Start, point to Settings, point to Control Panel, and then click System.
2. On the Systems tab, point to Device Manager, point to View devices by type, and then click the + box beside CDROM.
3. Select the CD-ROM device name, click the right mouse button, and then click Properties.
4. Click Settings, and then select Auto insert notification.
5. Click OK.
